You are correct Constance, by the terms of the lottery, I can only count fish bought by the Fenia city town hall as entries into the lottery. I do thank you for your mining entries though. No problem, just might be something to take into account that it's obviously not a consideration of others in town that someone might be trying to sell to the town hall for the lottery. Getting into the mines is hard enough!
