[Thoughtless]

Two cases have been started for treason as they are two different offenses. If there is any additional information needed for the prosecution, this office is open. I will contact the suggested witnesses to see if they are willing to testify.

I would like to file the following cases against:

Dead Skulls that includes: Deslock, Amladris, SaelaV90, Zeffee

On Jun 16, I sent the following message to Amladris:

Amladris-

You are no longer authorized to have an army on Bravian soil. You have 24 hours to disband your army or be declared rouge.
If after 24 hours your army is still on Bravian soil, we will use force if needed.

After his refuseal, I sent the following message to his soliders:

Amladris' permission to have an army on Bravian soil has been revoked, and he has 24 hours to disband. If the army or anyone remains in the army after 24 hours they will be charged with treason. I am giving you a choice to leave the army so that you will not face charges.

A few members did leave the army, but the above mentioned still remain. I wish them to be charged under the following bolded laws:

I. Treason - Treason against the Viceroy of Bravia is illegal. Treason is a serious crime that is defined as any offence against the security of the Viceroy. Examples of treasonous actions include (but are not limited to):

a. Levying a war within the Viceroy without authorization
b. Leading a foreign army onto Bravian soil without express authorization from the Viceregal Council.
c. Raising an unauthorized army on Bravian soil
d. Assisting an enemy of Bravia
e. Attempting to invade the Viceroy or modify the borders.
f. Betraying the confidence of the Viceroy or the Viceregal Council by sharing the contents of the private Council forums with anyone not on the council
g. Engaging in behavior that would compromise the security of Bravia

By still being part of Amladris' army, they are supporting him in his own causes against the Viceroy and the Viceroyalty.
